Every customer must register for service and their data will be verified by us at various points. The verification uses independent databases. We have realtime access to:

- the full UK electoral register
- the UK bank Share Verification file
- NHS and official mortality databases
- Issuing bank address verification service for credit cards
- the Royal Mail PAF database

It won't do you any good. The main incentive to cheat is financial. Why else do it? We only issue winnings to the account holder. In the unlikely event that an account is set up through identity theft, the victim will receive any winnings, removing the incentive to commit the offence

Cool down. We know our games are compelling, but we don't want our customers to develop a gaming habit. We take comprehensive measures to stop addictive play. We want to help.

Daily Limits. Every customer has to abide by our upper limit on daily spend. Currently this limit is below £15 a day in new spend. Customers can set this limit lower themselves but cannot raise it. Accounts in breach are automatically suspended for a cooling off period.

Excessive Play monitoring. We monitor play and are able to identify on a daily and weekly basis players whose activity is far enough above the norm to raise concerns. Where appropriate, direct contact will be established

Gaming Addiction Help. We provide information for all customers on how to seek confidential help should they believe that they have a problem.
